Director of Operations
Maira brings over 20 years of experience as a certified paralegal and accomplished business owner. With deep expertise in finance, management, and entrepreneurship, she provides the strategic leadership that drives the academy’s efficiency, sustainability, and long-term success while strengthening the local community.
Director of Early Childhood & Family Engagement
Gabriela brings 8 years of expertise in early childhood education, along with experience in healthcare and social work. She leads programs that foster academic and social-emotional growth through expert child development and family support, ensuring inclusive, high-quality learning environments where children and families thrive.
Director of Curriculum & Instruction
Viviana has 15 years of experience as an educator. She holds a B.A. in Bilingual Education, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership with Principal Certification, and is a doctoral candidate in Curriculum and Instruction. She leads curriculum innovation, instructional quality, and academic excellence across the academy.
